How is next year going to be different than this year if nothing changes?  This is the time of the year that people set New Year’s resolutions and I think that is a good thing.  But too many people don’t know how to work the process of change.

*First you need to set goals in various areas of your life.

*You need to clarify those goals

*Break the goals down and on a regular basis work on the goals.

Just like Santa, you’ better make a list and check it twice!

Surviving the Holidays can be a challenge but it doesn’t have to be a horrible experience.  It takes a plan!  Make one of all the things you need to do and then schedule time to do them.  If you don’t make time for them, life will take the time and schedule it for you!

Also check your attitude when you get “stressed out.”  Often our reaction is negative versus positive.  Instead when you get “stressed out” during the Holidays, ask yourself the question, “How can I enjoy this moment or new challenge?”

If you are looking for more time, you need to look at what are you focusing on both mentally and by what you are doing.

You have a very powerful and helpful tool inside your head, called your brain.  It is a very quick moving organ that can assist you or get in the way.  What you focus on grows!  If you focus on the bad things going on in your life, guess what?  Things don’t get better!

Focus on what you want to happen and your brain will assist you.

You need to take control your your internal dialogue and not let it take control of you!
