Where did the “time” go?

Have you ever asked yourself the question, “where did the time go?” I hear this often and people wonder where their time has gone. There are so many distractions and activities that one is involved with. That often the individual is so caught up with things/distractions they miss the present moment. Being VERY PRESENT and AWARE of the present is one of the easiest ways to get control of your time.

The next time you want to multi-task remind yourself that multi-tasking is not a good thing and contributes to wasting time and being less effective. Of course there are good ways you ask yourself “where did the time go?” Whenever you are on purpose or involved with people or things you care about you can lose track of time.
