How did that New Year’s Resolution go?

The change to a new year often prompts people to make some changes in their life.  So if you are one of them how did that News Year’s Resolution go?  That is if you set one?  If it did not go so well then you might want to re-evaluate your implementation of the new habit.

Remember to make any behaviorial change it takes 21 days of consistent repetition for the new habit to become part of your life.  If there is an addictive nature to the old habit the new habit formation period is 35 days.  And if you break the habit formation period the next day you pick up the new habit it is day 1!
